🌟 NextGen Women Leaders Alumna Spotlight 🌟
Yebi Ndzou Paola | Cameroon 🇨🇲

For Yebi, the NextGen Women Leaders Fellowship was a deeply transformative leadership experience — one that provided clarity, confidence, and direction beyond traditional learning.
Through the fellowship, she learned how to turn ideas into structured, impactful projects and how to lead with purpose, empathy, and accountability. A strong emphasis on self-awareness encouraged her to reflect on her values, strengths, and the kind of leader she aspires to become, while also moving from vision to action.
Sessions focused on leadership, social impact, and community engagement helped Yebi better understand the role young women can play in creating sustainable change within their communities.
Mentorship was a defining element of her journey. Access to guidance, feedback, and encouragement supported the development of her project, TrustIn Action for Change, and reinforced her belief that meaningful impact is possible even with limited resources.
Her experience reflects the mission of the NextGen Women Leaders Fellowship: empowering women to lead with confidence, resilience, and intention — and to build lasting impact through service and purpose.
