The United Leaders Global Fellowship is a prestigious leadership development program designed to inspire, equip, and empower young women from around the world to take on leadership roles and drive social change in their communities and beyond. By combining world-class training, mentorship, and hands-on learning experiences, the fellowship provides a unique platform for girls to grow into confident, ethical, and effective leaders who are ready to make an impact in today’s globalized world.

This fellowship program recognizes the immense potential in young women and aims to cultivate the skills necessary for leadership, advocacy, and collaboration across diverse fields. It is open to girls from all backgrounds who have a commitment to making a difference, regardless of prior experience or resources.

United Leaders Global (ULG) is an international nonprofit organization based in USA committed to unlocking the potential of young people in underdeveloped regions—especially girls—who face systemic barriers to education, leadership, and employment. We believe that while talent is universal, opportunity is not—and we’re here to change that.

Founder’s Message

Growing up amid conflict, I witnessed firsthand how lack of opportunity and leadership can limit a community’s future. I founded United Leaders Global to change that reality—for every young person, no matter where they are from. I believe leadership is not about authority; it’s about service, vision, and resilience. Through education, mentorship, and global collaboration, we are building a generation that not only dreams of a better world but leads the way to create it.
