NextGen Women Leaders Fellowship | Community Impact Spotlight

Dalma Gabriela Copa Sandoval | Bolivia 🇧🇮

At United Leaders Global, each Fellow transforms leadership training into real community impact. As part of the Class of 2025, Dalma launched her project: Digital Empowerment for Women Entrepreneurs.

Recognizing the digital gap faced by many women entrepreneurs in La Paz, Bolivia, Dalma designed an initiative to strengthen their online presence, improve digital skills, and increase access to economic opportunities.

Her project aims to digitally empower 40 women entrepreneurs (ages 18–35) by December 2026, helping them professionalize their digital platforms and grow their online sales.

The initiative focuses on:
đŸ’» Digital skills training and online business tools
đŸ“± Strengthening social media and digital branding
📈 Increasing visibility and sales opportunities
đŸ€ Collaboration with mentors, tech experts, and women entrepreneur communities

Aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals — SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work & Economic Growth), and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) — Dalma’s project advances inclusive and sustainable economic growth at the local level.

Through the mentorship, leadership training, and global network of the NextGen Women Leaders Fellowship, Dalma transformed her vision into a structured, measurable, and community-centered initiative.

This is the impact of United Leaders Global — equipping young women to lead ethical, sustainable change within their communities.
