# About us
United Leaders Global (ULG) is a international nonprofit organization committed to unlocking the potential of young people in underdeveloped regions—especially girls—who face systemic barriers to education, leadership, and employment. We believe that while talent is universal, opportunity is not—and we’re here to change that.
We provide free, high-quality capacity-building programs focused on Information Technology (IT), leadership, communication, and entrepreneurship. These programs help youth enhance their employability, build confidence, and gain the tools to drive change in their communities. Our work is powered by a passionate network of international volunteers who serve as mentors, trainers, and role models.
ULG is more than a training ground—it’s a community. We foster collaboration, idea-sharing, and long-term support to ensure our participants are not just prepared for success, but also inspired to lead and empower others.
Vision
At United Leaders Global (ULG), we envision a world where every young person—regardless of background, gender, or socioeconomic status—has the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to break barriers, lead with confidence, and drive meaningful change in their communities. By investing in youth, particularly in underdeveloped regions, we aim to create a ripple effect of empowerment, innovation, and sustainable progress that transforms societies for generations to come.
Mission
Our mission is to empower disadvantaged youth, especially girls, by offering free access to transformative learning experiences. Through intensive workshops and mentorship, we equip them with essential skills in IT, leadership, communication, and entrepreneurship—preparing them to thrive in today’s global economy. We bridge the gap between potential and opportunity by fostering personal growth, career readiness, and leadership development. Our goal is to break cycles of poverty and empower a new generation of leaders to build more inclusive, resilient communities.

Participants' Feedback
"Thank you for the opportunity to participate in the recent sessions. It was a truly enriching experience that has positively influenced my personal and professional growth. The thoughtful Insights, engaging discussions, and empowering environment were deeply impactful. I especially appreciate your commitment to supporting Afghan girls and fostering meaningful dialogue. It was an honor to be part of this initiative, and I look forward to staying connected and contributing further."
Nafisa"I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for such an informative and inspiring session. I truly appreciate your efforts in inviting such charismatic individuals to share their life experiences with us—their words were both enlightening and motivating. From this session, I learned the importance of focusing on the positives in life, building meaningful connections, and facing challenges with strength and clarity. I was especially inspired by the concept of the Japanese social support group, Moai, and how such systems can add lasting value to our lives. Thank you once again for this incredible opportunity."
Sonia"Our last session left a deep impact on me. Of all the powerful discussions, the one that resonated most was the realization that I am enough just as I am. For so long, I believed I needed someone else to take action—that I couldn’t achieve anything on my own. But since last night, I’ve begun to see how capable I truly am—strengths I had overlooked or dismissed because of self-doubt. Thank you for creating such a meaningful program—one that helps others uncover purpose and rediscover their value."

"Thank you for organizing yesterday’s session. It was highly informative and insightful. The segment on Strategic Communications offered a clear framework for effective messaging, while the STAR methodology provided valuable guidance for interview preparation. The self-introduction component also highlighted the importance of first impressions and boosted my confidence in presenting myself professionally. I truly appreciate your efforts and look forward to future sessions."
